Return and Refund Policy

· Returns and exchanges are accepted within 15 days.

· Buyers are responsible for return postage costs.

· If the item is not returned in its original new salable condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

* Buyer can choose to cancel all Non-Ready to Ship products, only if done within 24 hours of placing the order.

· The buyer should cancel and return the order within 6 hours after eceiving the item.

· If the buyer doesn’t receive the item as ordered or damaged item, video proof and pictures should be provided by the buyer. In a genuine case, we will initiate 100% refund of your money and a confirmation of the same will be sent to you via e-mail .

· Buyer should provide all the information: Bank details, phone numbers, email address and postal adress with pincode for refund or exchange.
